Rayven is a point of sale and retail CRM made for small shops, the kind of pharmacy, grocer or corner store where one person rings up the sale, restocks the shelf and keeps the books. It is offline-first by design, so the moment a customer is at the counter you can start a sale, even when the internet drops. The connection comes and goes, the work does not stop.

It also retires the notebook. The dues ledger lives inside Rayven, so the running tab for each regular customer is right there next to their name instead of on a torn page behind the till. The same goes for stock that can expire. Rayven tracks expiry dates and follows first expired, first out, so you reach for the batch that needs to move and never sell expired goods by mistake.
